At United States Flag Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all flags, poles, or hardware are protected, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method like UPS or FedEx to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
