Cap Design Trucks install over the top of the flagpole and are attached with anchoring set screws or bolts, providing an exposed pulley and rope system for raising and lowering the flag. Stationary Trucks are fixed and will not rotate. This truck is designed with an cast aluminum body and a stainless steel axle. Available in satin or powder coat finishes.
